Welcome Pema!

Christopher picked out our newest family member on Father's Day. Pema is quite active and playful! I think Christopher and Pema are going to be best friends.

Amazingly enough, our cat, Carl, doesn't seem to really care about Pema being in the house one way or the other. Maybe this is because we have just recently moved and everything is new for the cat? I'm sure she'll become more interested once we start letting Pema out of the cage to fly!

Busy Busy

It's been a whirlwind of social affairs here lately! The weather has been gorgeous and we are very happy about it. I found flowers in the garden last night.

I had to buy some more RAM before I could start to use my digital camera. I'm some of those will start showing up here soon.

Morning Monster

I had the worst time getting up this morning. Finally woke up when the dentist office called to remind me that I hadn't set up my six month cleaning yet.

Dentist = icky.

Who's Eyes?

Don't my husband's eyes look like Al Pacino's? I never realized this until I took this picture and my father pointed it out. Crazy!

Yeah!

It's 50 degrees outside, the ice has melted off of Lake Michigan, and there's sunshine to boot! Life is good and it's only going to get better. It's amazing how much the weather can affect your mood!
